I found out about 6 months into my journey my scale was not reading correctly and I was higher than I thought. It did give me an accurate reading for what I lost. So after getting a new one I am pretty sure my starting weight was about 325. As I sit here this morning I am 215lbs. I go to the gym 6 days a week. I lift in the mornings and do cardio at night. Believe it or not I spin 4-5 times a week now. I have a personal trainer as well. I have really exceeded my own expectations. Even though I hit my original goal I am still shooting to get to about 185-195. I feel better…look better…and life is just better overall. So I just wanted to let you know I believe you helped play a big part in my journey. Especially early on as I needed the help with the motivation and mental edge for this journey. So I just wanted to send a thank you to my friend!
